职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

Programming 3D Measurement Equipment (PCM)
Responsible for testing, inspection, evaluation of test results and documentation.
Measurement Alignment for special characteristics (FKs, Interface Dimension etc.)
To performs inspection and testing duties to insure that incoming parts fulfill all quality requirements.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
1. Daily incoming inspection management according to TS16949 requirement
2. Nonconforming parts verification and nonconforming storage management
3. NCR reports preparation
4. To maintain the receiving work area documentation and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
5. Ability to recognize different process of product and the related necessary measurement method
6. Ability to communicate and present the measurement method and results
7. procurement of materials and services related to environment and occupational health and safety standards and requirements

专业资格
Qualification

1. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and MSA, SPC etc.
2. Familiar with common measuring tools or gauges
3. Ability to read and understand detailed instructions, inspection and manufacturing procedures and drawings

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
