Objectives of the positions
-Coordination of all technical, project and commercial management operations for the customers and binding of customer including responsibility to implement strategy fixed for account concerned and achieve customer satisfaction
Main Responsibilities
-Work as project manager of all significant projects in the related department；
-Manage customer’s requirements, follow and cooperate with relate internal units for the project implement;
-Take lead for technology approval with major OEM customers as SGM, Daimler and Chrysler, cooperate with OEM teams if need;
-Follow all the projects’ key milestone and ensure these projects on track;
-Act as central contact and window person with Euro TSI for technical & business support;
-Ensure all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards;
-EHS responsibilities: see attached job EHS responsibility description.
Requirements
-Education: Bachelor or above in Business Management or chemical-related majors
-Working Experience: 5-10 years, working experience in Coatings industry is better
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: commercial and technical knowledge; Knowledge in Coatings process especially in Tier market; Project management experience; Good communication skills both in English and Chinese; IT user skills
