ACCOUNTABILITIES
- In charge of the promotion and sales of Peikko pre-casting solution in eastern and northern China, mainly in Anhui province and North China
- Develop and keep a solid relationship with typical industrial design institute and make promoting activities as required
- Convince the project end-users and related stakeholders in terms of both technique and commercial way
- Managing price and margin level according to company requirement, and guarantee the collection
- Manage the sales channel when necessary
- Well record and maintain the sales reporting system CRM.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- University degree in engineer, preferred candidate with major in civil engineer related
- At least 2 years working experience in building product sales.
- Expereienc in Pre-casting industry would be appreciated
- Trackable experience in design institute promotion or main developers would be apprciated.
- willing to travel very frequently
- English: at least can read and write, but oral English would be a plus
- Resourceful
- Diligent
- Initiative
