岗位职责：
1. 负责和客户沟通产品选型要求，提供技术解决方案；
2. 能独立处理和解决相应行业客户提出的技术咨询、安装指导以及故障排除等技术支持工作的需求；
3. 提供现场真空系统客户培训；
4. 配合公司政策进行产品应用推广，收集客户需求和竞品信息；
5. 负责项目进程中的各项协调事宜，消除内、外部的不畅环节；
6. 维护公司ERP系统中的技术相关信息。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械或机电一体化专业背景；
2. 2-5年技术工程师工作经验；
3. 熟悉OFFICE等办公软件；
4. 熟悉气动元气件（阀、气缸等）的应用；
5. 英语听说、读写流利；
6. 具有项目管理经验者优先。
Job Description:
1. Responsibility of provide technical concept about product selection according to customer’s demand.
2. Handel and solve technical inquiry, installation illustration and trouble shooting on scene base on industry segment.
3. Customer training about vacuum system and vacuum products.
4. Corporation with outdoor sales to collection competitor’s and customer’s information and promotion new product according to company’s strategy.
5. Coordinate other department to let project going smoothly.
6. Maintenance technical data into ERP system.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree from a technical university (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or similar.
2. Professional experience/experience in technical support (2 to 5 years) in the field of mechanical engineering.
3. Experience with MS-Office software.
4. Knowledge of pneumatics engineering.
5. Knowledge of foreign languages (fluent English; German is optional).
6. Project management experience is preferred.
7. Independent, reliable and conscientious work; Ability to quickly acquire new technical skills.
