职位描述：
Responsibility
Establish and maintain contact with architectures, real estate investors and developers to introduce/update their knowledge with regards to company’s products and technical solutions
Provide technical advises to facade project
Definition of technical specifications of projects and data input into project services
Market analysis and data entry of all relevant target groups into project services
Assisting architects and consultants in project tendering
Organize architect seminars
Cooperate with Area sales managers

Qualification
Proven skills in Project Sales and Project Management
Major in City Planning, Architecture or Construction and Mechanics
Five or more years in a relevant position
Previous experiences in building materials
Passionate salesman
Ability to make good business decisions
Excellent communicator
Self motivated and aggressive, able to work under pressure
Ability to manage a team to achieve targets
Ethical, devoted to work
Proactive, positive, full of passion and hardworking
