职位描述：
--Act as a direct liaison between the FCA OEM Management team and FCA-AFC Sales & Marketing and Wholesale Finance departments
--作为菲克汽车金融代表与广汽菲亚特克莱斯勒管理层，及相关团队进行直接日常联系，协调沟通相关事宜。
--Support the FCA-AFC Sales and Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager in the proposal of retail financing promotional proposals to the S&M OEM team, negotiating with the OEM the type of campaign , costs and timescales
协助菲克金融的销售市场部向厂商市场部递交和推行新零售贷款产品促销提案，并与厂家沟通促销的规模与时限。
--Support and develop in conjunction with the FCA-AFC Management r and Marketing Manager of the OEM in joint marketing activities, including development of CRM, ATL and BTL marketing activities, finance product development and ensuring that FCA-AFC comply with brand marketing guidelines
--支持菲克金融管理层及市场部组织各项市场推广活动，包括客户关系管理，线上及线下推广、信贷产品的发布并确保一切活动与品牌方针相一致。
--Support and develop the Wholesale financing activities ensuring a deep understanding of the OEM network strategy, risk dealers in conjunction with the FCA-AFC Wholesale Manager
--对于库存融资业务提供支持，以确保菲克金融贯彻厂家政策，并协同经销商客户经理应对高风险经销商。
--Other duties as the managements may from time to time require

Job Qualifications
--Written and verbal English, Microsoft office application skills.
--良好的英语口语与书写能力，熟练应用电脑软件
--Analytical skills, ability to absorb high levels of information and provide to the senior management team recommendations and actions to improve communication, increase volumes and develop car sales.
--良好的分析归纳能力，善于收集各类信息并向高级管理层递交报告以促进沟通及提高汽车销量
--Strong relationship skills including time-management.
--良好的时间管理能力。
--Tenacity - desire to ensure that action is completed to a satisfactory position.

*Team- working – Enable to gain support from Management teams to improve performance and be able to negotiate with Senior Management teams of both companies .
