MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Responsible for planning and managing all Engineering activities in Stauff China
2)Lead, direct and coach the Engineering Team to ensure the achievement of all committed Key Performance Indices (KPI’s).
3)Refine and implement strategy to drive continuous profitable business growth
4)Drive innovations by developing new products and customized technical solutions
5)Develop and improve guidelines, work process and product specifications
6)Work together with sales and marketing team for potential business opportunities and expanding market share
7)Provide technical supports for internal and external customers
8)Operate business within budget and maximize the utilization of company resource, ensuring the efficiency and cost effectiveness
9)Manage Engineering Team’s Performance Appraisal, Organizational Development (structure & process) and People Development (in co-ordination with HR ).
10)Other assignments arranged by company
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1)Mechanical Engineering related graduate degree or equivalent
2)Above 8 years working experiences in application engineering and product development in Hydraulic related industry with at least 3 years in management position
3)Good knowledge on hydraulic related products such as Filtration, Accumulator, Ball Valves, Manifolds etc.
4)Strong ownership and self-motivated
5)Good communication skills in Chinese and English
