Scope of Role:
? Hands-on role supporting & providing strategic analysis, business planning and management process review across RB Finance involving but not limited to:
Financial Performance
Cost and Investment analysis
Headcount
Balance Sheet
Business Drivers and/or
Forecast/Budget
? Maintain working relationships with Head of RBF and Head of Performance Management, Cost & Investment within RBF.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
? Work with the Head of RBF and Head of Performance Mgmt-Retail clients & products within RBF, providing support towards the achievement of the strategic Finance agenda.
? Support and execute strategic planning and initiatives for RB and help coordinate the delivery of business priorities.
? Assist in RB Finance initiatives and projects.
? Produce timely management reporting, essential business performance statistics and insightful analysis to facilitate business and operations monitoring, review and planning
? Help drive and track major projects and business initiatives.
? Support/provide reseaRBh/analysis of market conditions, competitor dynamics and best practices
? Ensure the efficiency of the Performance Management Team, support the wider RBF Team including special projects and assist where appropriate to track progress and delivery of Finance led initiatives
? Support & prepare adhoc analysis & presentations as directed
? Other administrative and management responsibilities as required

Qualifications and Skills
? University degree with banking industry experience
? Qualified Accountant or minimum good understanding of Finance
? A team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
? Strong organizational and administrative skills
? Hands-on and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent command of oral & written English and Mandarin
? Excellent time management, analytical and numerical skills as well as good knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
