职位描述：
This position is to work jointly with sales, to serve as vital link between AQF and its customers in order to deliver fast, efficient, cost-efficient solutions for achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1.Order handling (Book order timely and correctly for some clients, proceed to order changes as requested by client, interact with clients to retrieve additional information/ documentation in order to ensure proper execution of orders);
2. Forward the customer complaints to related Quality and Operation team;
3. Reply to customer enquiry (Non-Technical, application, inspection date, inspector contact information, lead time...) in time
4. Payment following up, review the monthly AR statements for clients and confirm all invoice are 100% correct with Accounting Dept. and push payment when needed.
5. Follow up closely with some clients and provide ad-hoc reporting with the support of Technical and Operations teams.

Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience in customer service, with good customer service skills
2. Excellent oral presentation and customer interaction skills, with a talent for relationship building and problem-solving
3. Familiar with Microsoft office, including Excel, Power Point, Word.
4. College graduated or above, ***;
5. Customer Focus mindset, eager to understand and delight customers;
6. Fluent spoken and written English,Cantonese, Mandarin;
7. Marketing or Sales knowledge or background is preferred;
8. Experience in Trading company or 3rd Party Inspection Industry preferred. 举报 分享
