职位描述:
Develops and implements Training policies, systems and programs that would assist in building the culture, competencies, efficiencies of the employees
Counsels and advises key customer regarding training programs. Coaches with the goal of transferring training skills
Prepares training budget for the company
Develops system to identify employee training needs
Conducts and organizes appropriate class for new joiners
-Orientation
-Language
-Customer service
-Conducts training classes based on training plan
Develops after-class and trainer evaluation
Requirements:
Have full knowledge & experience of catering and hotel management.
Be familiar with restaurant operations in Chinese, Western and fast food.
Preferably in rated food beverage or Hotel or in medium size multi-national company
Operations experience and has been into training field or willing to transfer to training fields is highly preferred.
Result-orientated, innovative and systematic approach and analytical sense in structuring the work and setting priorities
Excellent communication, presentation skill.
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
University degree holder major in Human Resources Management or Business Management, Hotel/Catering Management or above

熟悉中西餐及快餐经营管理。
有星级酒店或餐饮或中等规模的跨国公司工作经验者,或者直销行业者尤佳。
有营运经验者并已从事培训工作或者愿意从事培训工作者优先。

优秀的沟通及演讲技巧
英语及普通话口语流利
熟练掌握Word, Excel, Powerpoint等文字处理软件
大学以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或酒店管理等专业。
