Job Description:

1.Daily accounting transaction processing.
2.Ensure that the accounting treatment and process comply with the local and corporate policy
3.Perform account reconciliation between local book and corporate book.
4.Perform account reconciliation between general ledger and sub-ledger
5.Timely provide financial reports that accurately reflect the conditions of the business.
6.Perform analytical review to support the business activities/decisions.
7.Perform Tax declare and monthly filing.
8.Fixed assets management.
9.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Accounting manager with this position related.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field .
2. Five years+ prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in freight forwarding company is preferred, but not a must.
3. At least 3 years experiences in position of supervisor level.
4. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast - pace setting.
Experience with Elite Enterprise, SAP, Kingdee or other large automated accounting system is a plus.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
6. Self motivate and high integrity
7. Problem solving and result driven skills
8. Team co-operation and team harmony
9. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
