职位描述：
Under the leadership of the Assistant AP manager-GAS, process a high volume of domestic and international invoices and payments up to APAC legal entities. Review invoices for proper approval, compliance to policy, and tax treatment. Sort, distribute and post mail and/or e-mailed invoices. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. Initiate and complete payments by wire or Automated Clearing House (ACH) on a weekly basis to ensure that vendors are paid timely and accurately. Evaluate all accounts payable accounts and resolve all issues regarding unpaid invoices and vendor credits. Run, prepare and analyze reports such as AP Aging, parked reports, holds report, etc. Perform month end closing process to ensure accounts payable trail balances ties with the general ledger. Back up others as needed. Ensure SOX compliance and provide audit, accounting and master data support.

--Receive and review domestic and international invoices for proper approval, compliance to policy, and tax treatment prior to entry in Oracle. Follow up with approvers for missing information (documentation, GL coding, approvals, tax categories, etc.).
--Post approved invoices into Oracle and release the payment base on payment schedule

--Investigate and resolve issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders. Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communication the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons

--Prepare and review reports (AP Aging, parked report, holds report, etc.) and review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

--Responsible for Month End Closing process for multiple companies, including balancing reports, identifying errors and resolving issues.

3 years Degree in accounting, finance or other relevant subjects
2 years of accounting experience in a multi-national company, with Retail business experience preferred.
Detail and accuracy orientated with good sense of data analysis.
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadline.
Knowledge of Oracle accounting or other relevant finance accounting system.
Decent verbal and written in Japanese、Mandarin and English.
Good in Microsoft Applications especially in Excel 举报 分享
