Job Description:

1.Supervises activities in the accounts payable/receivable function.
2.Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.
3.Responsible for collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with overdue due accounts, maintaining receipts and payment timely.
4.Review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required.
5.Cash flow management.
6.Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Accounting manager with this position related.

Qualifications:
1. Five years+ prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in freight forwarding company is preferred, but not a must.
2. At least 3 years experiences in position of supervisor level in management experience in AP/AR area.
3. MS office and SAP experience is a necessity
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
5. Self motivate and high integrity
6. Problem solving and result driven skills
7. Team co-operation and team harmony
8. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
