Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Perform multiple, complex, and system oriented tasks.
? Support Regional Industry Director, Industry Business Managers and Sales/(Key) Account managers on budgeting, sales rolling forecast and other sales activities.
? Provide supporting to sales and marketing team with clear awareness of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity of issues.
? Be the key contact person in primary metals business division on meeting and conference arrangement, outside visitors’ greeting and arrangement.
? Take some of specified OTC responsibilities as well as coordinating the Primary Metal Group of ordering process, customer database, JDE mainte***ce and various related reports.
? Coordinate with Fi***ce Department for customer information and sales database updating and analysis.
? Coordinating with sales and marketing managers on business promotion, trade show and brochures.
? Assist and coordinate specified key projects and provide some training and/or coaching towards local PEs on ordering process.
? Be the administrator of CRM system.
? Work effectively with team and cross departments to identify and solve problems to improve CM in region and services quality.
? Follow office standards and practices effectively under the supervision of OTC manager, besides directly reporting to Regional Industrial Director.
Qualifications:
? BA Degree or equivalent from a four years college; or over 7 years related experience in industry and administrative management.
? Be fluent in English, both verbal and writing.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, JD Edwards a plus.
? Ability to work and communicate well with people. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to managers, customers and general public.
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
? Fast learner and creative. Able to perform duties with direction. Flexibility to deal with unexpected situations.
