职位描述：
Main responsibilities
1.Conduct on-site inspections according to client’s requirements and related standards
2. Perform EFA and SFA audits based on international standards and client requirements.
3. Monitor Inspectors' performance and train new comers when needed
4.Make the inspection reports with good English comments and good pictures on the same inspection day
5. Escort the clients to factory when needed
6.Give trainings to new inspectors.

Requirements
1/Bachelor Degree and minimum 3 years in the inspection industry as supervisor with an Electrical & Electronic background.
2/Familiar with quality management system and social compliance requirements, with ISO9000 and/or SA8000 auditor certificate preferred. Internal Auditor certification is must.
3/ At least 3 years working experience in social audits and/or factory audits.
4/ Excellent interpersonal skills, loyal, honest, committed.
5/ Hardworking and willing to travel.
6/AQSIQ certification would be a great advantage.
7/ Excellent communication skills,proactive
8/Willing to travel frequently
