Responsibilities:
- To support the assessment process of commercial terms and conditions in pre-contract phase
- To support vendor/client contract negotiation process
- To track implementation of key contracts periodically
- To produce commercial related report
- Complete other related work assigned
Qualification:
- 2 years or above in commercial/legal/fi***ce professional
- Bachelor degree or above in law/fi***ce/business management
- Having analytical skills
- Having commercial acumen and skills
- Having negotiation and argumentation skills
- Good ability in study, communication and execution;
- Work well under pressure, strong sense of responsibility as well as teamwork skills;
- Good command of English
