职位描述：
Position Description
1. Develop marketing strategies and effective marketing programs, and take the ownership of implementation and ROI tracking for the product group
2. Establish and maintain close relationship with KOL and associations to establish and enhance brand and promotions
3. Gather market intelligence and assimilate up to date market information and tools to sales and marketing team
4. Analyze competitions and formulate sales argumentation and tools to help sales team in co***incing customers
5. Work with global marketing team to align on strategies and plans on local and global level
6. Plan and implement product training to sales and distributors
7. Work closely with regional team in order to support sales effort
8. Lead Local marketing team
Position Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in clinical medicine/ Laboratory Medicine, Molecular Biology,
2. Over 6 years of sales or marketing experience in medical devices, molecular diagnosis or other healthcare industries
3. Good communication/presentation/ interpersonal skills
4. Good MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skill
5. Good organizing skills
6. Excellent in both written & spoken English
