职位描述：
Position : Sales Manager
Dept: Tianjing Branch office
Location: Tianjing

Job Description:

- Build up the sales team in assigned territory
- Responsible for the Team sales budget set up and achievement
- Specific campaigns development in cooperation with Routing Development Manager/Product Manager, etc..
- Lead sales team members and monitor the sales team activities to ensure team performance.
- Utilize and Maintain CRM system on time according to the sales guideline, including customer info, meeting plan, meeting minutes, sales reports, pipeline and related data.
- Cross team / department coordination / communication to ensure smooth internal cooperation.
- Other tasks assigned by superior manager.

Qualification:

1.Positive attitude, team player and self-motivator.
2.At least 8 years sales experience in logistics/transportation industry, 2-3 years sales management experience.
3.Good understanding and overview of local market place
4.Strong business acumen and passion for sales
5.Strong “value selling” ability to sell the GW products/service base on customers’ needs.
6.Fluent in both spoken and written English, Good presentation and interpersonal skills
