职位描述:
1. Develop independently a Marketing Plan that fully exploits the brand potential in line with company and corporate strategy, including the development of appropriate contingency plans on an ongoing basis. Managing a specific product line in support of the overall Company strategy.
2. Prepares business forecasts plans and pricing proposals for specific products.
3. Develops a successful marketing strategy to meet and implement both short term and long-range objectives for assigned market segment product line(s).
4. Monitors customer requirements via primary & secondary research for both existing and future products.
5. Provides product marketing or training presentations to sales representatives, health care professionals, and distributors to promote product use.
6. Provide adequate product information to customers and provide professional support for complicated surgery.
7. Execute the implementation full go-to-market activities relative to each segment, including pre-launch activities, product launches, rollout plans, introductions, promotions, surgeon training, etc. Will be accountable for holding relative marketing events to ensure marketing campaigns improve customer retention and customers acquisition and provide general marketing knowledge in areas of branding, content creation, product marketing, customers and competitive analysis
8. Identifies consulting surgeons/KOL’s and clinical sites for use in product development activities. Monitors customer requirements for product design input. Effectively defines, organizes and directs customer input sessions to define customer requirements.
9. Interfaces with Sales Management staff in securing input on product sales potential and forecast, input on sales/marketing strategies and programs, and in providing ongoing sales support to ensure successful tactical implementation of strategies and programs.
10. Reviews advertising and sales promotion programs in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director, and provides input regarding concept, layout and design.
11. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key customers within assigned market in compliance with the S&N Ethics Policy.

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 5 years successful marketing experience in Medical Device companies in China.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s or MBA degree is desirable.
Proven track records in independently product management, including strategic planning, budget planning, product launch, and product life cycle management, pricing management, etc.
Fully understanding of the value chain approach and the proper marketing process applicable to the creation and sustaining of the needs among the surgeons.
Experience of work successfully and productively in cross functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese preferable.
