1. Develop a sales strategy for the assigned region including defining priority agency to focus on, key commodities to focus on as well as key customers to target and implement said sales strategy.
2. To prepare the Marketing/Business Plan and to allocate responsibilities for the attainment of marketing goals and services levels
3. Collect permanently market information, possibilities and opportunities as well as potential risks or changes in the market e***ironment.
4. Implementation of this sales strategy with regular reviews and keeping GM informed of the progress on regular basis.
5. Developing suitable sales strategy for the market and ensure achievement of market share
6. Recommend on passenger fare rate structure to ensure high yield and to maximise the revenue
7. To devise, implement, operate and maintain campaigns and other marketing devices to maximise the uplift
8. Define priorities the sales teams in the region need to focus on.
9. Ensure active participation in YIC to improve the yield
10. Visits local customers regularly and develops business with locally based
11. Develop general business opportunities including but not limited to corporate houses, hotel industry, tourism companies, media personnel and exhibition organizers to improve the market share
12. Visit all the travel agents and top corporate clients to ensure maximum distribution and achieve high sales/yield
13. Improve image through effective media advertisements, personal interactions and through any other industry accepted practice in liaison with marketing communication Department.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience handling sales function preferably handling sales in airline industry.
