JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: HR Business Partner
LOCATION: Ningbo
DEPARTMENT: HR
REPORTS TO (Position): HR Manager
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is a well seasoned professional focusing on supporting general human resources activities, such as implementing policies to achieve objectives, facilitating the resolution of employee issues and coaching managers on handling HR issue. He/she will work with business managers closely to understand the business environment and coordinate with functional HR professionals to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities within the framework of China or global HR policy, process and procedure etc.
The responsibilities and duties will be at least the following.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Workforce planning with new business introduction and update, Support new business set up and coordinate with staffing team and business managers to get people in positions.
· Supporting and advising executives on HR policy, providing consultation and advice to line managers and updating management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, advising on legal framework, options and potential risks ensuring compliance to the company's policies
· Serves as lead resource to managers and employees regarding Human Resource policies, procedures, process and objectives including workforce planning, Training and development, C&B, performance management and talents development etc.
· Ensure HR operational excellence within the responsible area in recruitment, C&B management, employee induction and exit process management, ER issue handling, etc;
· Support other HR professionals group in rolling out key HR initiatives in relation to compensation and benefits, staffing, OD & learning and talent management; ensure high quality and disciplined implementation of HR programs in designated regional or global ;
· Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies;
· Lead or participate in critical HR and change management projects as determined by business needs.
· Other task and HR projects might assigned by supervisor
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
(Doing skills - job related knowledge, policies, procedures, techniques.)
· Skill in major Human Resources processes such as interviewing, job documentation, and training.
· Knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures in such areas as Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Staffing and Employee Development, Training and Development, Safety and Health, Employee Communications, and Legal and Corporate Compliance.
· Knowledge of business and management principles in such areas as strategic planning, resource allocation, teamwork development, and leadership technique.
· Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
· Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Good customer service skills
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
· Good negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational and Relevant Work Experience:
· Bachelor degree or above in a Business/Management, HR or other related
· At least 5 years HR experience, including more than 2 years HR generalist or manager experiences in MNC for better understanding HR whole process and different functions;
· Good English communication and writing skills;
· Strong employee relation experience are desired, Compensation, OD or learning expert skill will get plus score
