职位描述：
1.Preparation of the service documents (proposal, report, PPT etc.) including but not limited to: Market Analysis, Financial Projection, Budget, Regulation Comparison, Strategy, Business Plan, Service Plan, Product Design, Scope of Work, licence application materials, company governance materials, policies, rules, guidelines etc.
2.Presentation or assistance to presentation to client and relevant parties.
3.Provision to clients for finance projection, business plan, financial analysis, actuarial models, related regulation consulting and finance system consulting etc.
4.Communication/coordination with the resources of Captive and Mutual Division, China, Asia, global networks, and other relevant resources besides Willis.
5.Prospects follow-up with proper action plan with the support from practice or segment leader and other resources, to build up strong connection for long-term cooperation.
6.Assistance to event organization and other BD activities.
7.Captive/Mutual related research work for the team, regulators and other parties.
8.Internal knowledge and information sharing

Education & Majors:
Bachelor or above, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Actuarial, Management, Law etc.
Related Experience:
Minimum 3 years within consulting firm, SOE’s, governments, insurance company or insurance brokers, with the experiences of:
1) Finance, actuary, product development, internal auditing, risk management, etc.
2) Insurance industry related consulting/management, as plus.
3) Accounting firm experiences, as plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Capability:
1) Professional, Dedicated, Proactive, Efficient, Team Spirit.
2) Strong communication and problem solving skill.
3) Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written).
4) Good skill of writing to match the requirement of SOEs.
5) Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Access etc.) and actuarial software.
Qualifications:
1) CET 6 and other English Test Certificate;
