Job Duties:
( ) Receive daily phone call, fax , accommodate business visitors;
( ) Handling mail and delivery services (DHL, EMS, Local couriers…);
( ) Manage office property supply, utilization and mainte***ce in most efficient way;
( ) Coordinate to implement and accomplish the company’s administration stipulation;
( ) Manage and compile the working hours and attendance of the staff monthly;
( ) Manage Refund Tax Documents, D/R, Declare Customs Documents and distribute to other colleagues in time;
( ) Be responsible for the inquiries of bank slips and distribut to other colleagues in time;
( ) Arranging meeting room;
( ) Settle couriers monthly expense;
( ) Back up for administrative assistant when necessary;
( ) Manage and maintain a tidy ,cleaning and comfortable working area for the staff;
( ) Handle all other temporary work from the management.
Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
( ) Education:College Degree or above;
( ) Experience:More than 1 year working experience;
( ) Language Skills:Good in both spoken and written English;
( ) Computer Skills:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, OUTLOOK;
( ) Core Competencies:Good communication and negotiation skills;Independent problem solving ability;High intefrity and team work;Proactive, careful and pleasant in character;Patient and detail oriented;Higly motivated, enthusiastic, active and open-minded.
