职位描述：
工作职能：
1、熟练掌握实验室各种实验仪器的使用操作，并通晓实验室安全要求；
2、熟练掌握有机化合物合成实验技能；
3、能够独立进行有或无文献报道详细实验操作的目标化合物的合成；
4、正确检索及通读英文文献全文，通过文献查找，解决合成中的方法学问题；
5、熟练掌握常见有机化合物的基本性质，相关反应和反应机理。

其他要求：
有机化学、药物化学及相关专业, 本科以上；
