Job Description:
1. Be responsible for potential supplier audit and work as team member for new supplier development.
2. Prepare annually supplier audit plan and make supplier audit accordingly
3. Be responsible for new project development of purchasing parts, such as quality plan, process audit and product audit, PPAP etc.
4. Monitoring incoming parts quality and handling supplier complaint, nonconformity control of purchasing parts
5.Supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality system development
6. Analysis supplier capabilities and improve suppliers to reduce supply risk;
7. Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering, mechanical is priority.
2.Training in Quality System. TS16949 is priority
3.Strong experience in sourcing and quality.
4.At least 2 years supplier management experience at mechanical industry. Automotive industry is priority.
5.Sound knowledge of metal, plastics and electric materials.
6.Good written and oral English
7.Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
8.Good communication and negotiation skills.
