岗位描述：
Stage 1 阶段1
3-6 months production training in site在生产线进行为期3个-6个月的生产培训
1. Working as an operator, and produce good parts for customer according to requirements of production plan and standardize operation.
作为一个操作工，按生产计划和标准化操作的要求进行生产，保证生产质量。
2. Working as a team leader to manage one production team, and ensure quality, cost, delivery and people. 作为一个班长，管理1个生产小组，保证质量，成本，交付和人员达到目标要求。
3. The production department needs to make the individual performance review every two months.
每两个月人力资源部门和职能部门一起给员工作个人业绩回顾。
Stage 2 阶段2
Rotation in functional department.在职能部门间轮岗
1. Functional training in engineer department quality department and production department for 4 months
在技术部和质量部进行为期4个月的职能培训。
2. Before the end of each rotation, a detailed report should be prepared by the graduates and the dept. and submitted to HR dept. for further career management.
在每轮结束前，职能部门要准备一份个人发展小结给人力资源部，以便管理培训生下一步职业规划。
Stage 3 阶段3
By the end of the rotation period, HR will do a career interview with the graduates and based on the
performance results, define the permanent position of the graduates.
在职能部门轮岗结束后，基于前几次的业绩评估，人力资源部门将和管理培训生面谈并定岗。

任职资格：
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and material本科毕业，专业为机械工程类和材料类
Less than one year working experience不超过1年工作经验
Strong communication skills and team player spirit较强的沟通技能和团队合作精神
Minimum bi-lingual (English 6 required)会普通话和英语（必须大学英语6级）
