Job Description：
1.Represent customer requirements internally.
2.Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
3.Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
4.Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
5.Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
6.Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
7.Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
8.Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
9.Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
10.Coach and support the site management and employees
11.Manage fire risk, Insure fire facility compliance the local law .
12.Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
13.Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
14.Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
15.Carry out accident enquiries

Qualification of Candidate
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering 工程专业本科学历
2.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience在相关专业中至少5年工作经验
3.Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry有制造经验，有汽车工业工作经验尤佳
4.Solid knowledge of Quality in Production熟悉生产质量相关知识
5.Process orientation注重过程
6.Good communication skills沟通能力强
7.Customer relationship experience有客户关系处理经验
8.Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 至少掌握两种语言（必须掌握英语）
