DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES (Attach Job Description, if available)

Work across hardware, software, system and marketing teams for product development
Develop validation plan, execute qualification tasks in system level and carry out stressing experiments to assess product reliability
Drive product quality issues and improvements to closure and provide timely highlights to development team
Summarize the qualification results and document the final QA report
Support marketing to understand customer failure in field and feedback with feasible solutions


QUALIFICATIONS (Include experience required, level of education, special skills and abilities)

BS degree or above and at least 3 years working experience in either semiconductor, electronics engineering or related, having circuit design, board design and video system knowledge is preferred.
Releated working experience in graphics, video, TV industry is preferred.
Proactive attitude to product quality assurance and strong problem catching and analysis skills.
Strong written and oral commutation skills, good at English is preferred
