Planning of pre assembly lines
Support of Planning Final assembly lines
Involvement in Continuous Improvement Process
Coordination of the suppliers for process design and part
Coordination of internal departments to share and get information and agreements

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
？ Member of SE-Team for customer projects (R&D, Purch., Production, Quality, Contr.)
？ Design process layout specification
？ Prepare detailed process specification
？ Support Preparation of detailed machine specification
？ Device machine and design for process development test
？ Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, DFQ, SOP)
？ Implement and commission machinery during build and install process(PPAP)
？ Handover to production and maintenance, including conducting operator training
？ Provide input for Design for Assembly (DFMA)
？ Support and consult with Quality in terms of quality issues
？ Support and consult with Purchasing department in supplier development
？ Participate in implementation of BPS(Bosch Production System) and CIP(Continuous Improvement Process)
？ Creation of documents (Process description, training material,…)
？ coordinates complex processes by objectives within actual strategies
？ compare target/actual results and initiates needed action (cycle time, scrap,…)
？ Analyze failures and resolve them
？ Analyze causes for stoppages and introduce measures to minimize them
？ Prepare assemblies for testing. Adapt standardized test facilities and monitor/evaluate tests.
？ Definition of required improvements in construction if necessary and monitor realization.
？ Definition of wear parts and lifecycle
？ Support Definition of Spare parts and Dummies
？ Create drawings and documentation. Adapt part design. Coordinate design solutions. Release parts after coordination with responsible departments.
？ Support Purchasing with technical questions.
？ Define and coordinate technical requirements for transferred development tasks
？ Assist maintenance staff with downtime and backup technical support
？ Know related MSDS, and basic knowledge of environment and occupational health and safety.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历
Working experience A minimum of three years working experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering, prefer in Automotive industrial, Skills in Assembly Processes will be an advantage (Screwing, Force fitting, Laser welding, Camera)
教育水平
Education Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
英语水平
English Fluent both in spoken and written English
德语水平
German Basics will be an advantage
计算机应用水平Computer Windows, MS Office, CAD (ProE)
专业资格
Qualification

Experience and good working knowledge of Lean Assembly
Strong focus and understanding on process and safety
Mechanical design in creating 3D model (mechanical background)

We are dedicated to the development and manufacture of the advanced automobile Electric Power Steering System products, and committed to be one of the most reliable suppliers to its global renowned customers. Thus the establishment of this new plant in Nanjing will enable Bosch to make further contribution in this field.
新厂房分两期建设: 首期规划约20,000 M2用于EPSapa的生产区域建设，逐步扩建，于2015年完工。二期规划新增了8000 M2用于齿轮和转向螺母的生产区域建设，现场生产这些零部件。2015年中期，开始系统生产，员工已达到350人左右。员工人数将配合产能的扩充而增加。
The new plant will be built in two phases: In the first section, EPSapa production will be established over a total usable space of around 20,000 M2. Expansion is to be carried out gradually and will be completed in 2015. In the second section, manufacture of racks and steering nuts is to be added over a usable space of some 8,000 M2. The components will be used for production on site. Series production will commence in mid-2015,now the new plant already has around 350 employees. The headcount is to increase in line with the stages of expansion.
