1.Focus on the system work of energy management product 48V DCDC

专注于新能源管理产品48V DCDC的系统开发工作

2Support BD for technology support on customer side and quotation work; Coordinate other domains to full fill customer requirement.

配合销售部门向客户提供报价及技术支持

协调内部其他部门完成客户的需求

3Capture and analyze customer requirements, break down into system requirements, and record it in DOORS.

收集并分析客户需求，将之分解为系统需求并记录在需求管理系统中

4Technical window between Customer and Hella

Provide onsite or online vehicle test, technical support and problem solving.

作为客户和海拉的技术窗口，向客户提供现场或在线的产品测试、技术支持和问题解决

5Keep close and good communication with local and headquarter team

和本地团队及总部团队保持良好密切的沟通

6Other job assigned by Department Manager

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1 Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；

2At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules

汽车电子模块行业3年以上系统研发经验；

3Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)

熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)；

4With good knowledge of the hardware, be able to understand schematic diagram

有基本的硬件知识，能看懂原理图

5Knows the basic architecure of mild hybrid vehicle, as well as the trend and marking of related product.

了解微混车的基本架构，以及相关产品的趋势和市场概况

6Good skills in English reading and writting；

能用英语熟练的读、写；

7Good communication and coordination skills

良好的沟通与协调技巧；

8Self-motivated,Engineering thinking，responsibility;

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心

9System, Electrical, or Software Engineering experience is preferred

有系统，电子电气或软件方面工作经验者优先；

10Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS)；

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS)使用经验者；
