职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries;
2. Documents financial related transactions;
3. Prepare and submit customer invoices and issue invoices;
4. Manage petty cash, clients and suppliers invoices, AR/AP;
5. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;
6. Prepare payments by verifying documentation/expense application;
7. Assist in month end reporting procedures;
8. Contribute to team effort by supporting/cooperating related tasks as needed;
9. General administrative task.
 
Requirements:
1. College or University graduate in accounting or related is plus;
2. Minimum 3 year of experience in related field;
3. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures, Experience in IFRS accounting is plus;
4. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
5. Cheerful, well-organized, pay attention to details;
6. Native Mandarine speaker, able to communicate in English;
7. Positive attitude work with a SMILE;
