职位描述：
1. Key Accountabilities
Quality Engineer – This position will assist quality manager for developing, validating, sustaining and continuously improving parts/components reliability and quality. Make sure all the materials which will be shipped to internal/external customer with good quality & reliability level through the qualification test. Monitor & develop suppliers to improve their performance and contribute to company quality and financial objectives. Brief job description as below,

? Involve in supplier development strategy to determine supplier impact criteria and action plans.
? Define the inspection methods and gauges of parts/components
? Verify the samples and sample approval document according to the requirement of part approval process.
? Analyze supplier performance and determine actions for development and/or improvement to achieve product/part quality within target time.
? Work with team on resolving effective materials issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
? Continually work with suppliers to improve quality, implement process control and quality plans, carry out supplier annual audit and follow up supplier improvements.
? Period reports on quality data & analysis and improvement plan

Office environment
Based in Shanghai office with possible travel to supplier meetings

3. Person Specification

Essential:
? College degree or above, major in electronic, electrical, machinery, material science or other related major
? Experience as a Quality Engineer is a must
? Rich experience in ISO 9001
? Proactive and positive attitude, customer focus
? Good ability in analysis and communication
