TITLE: Area VM Coordinator/ Supervisor
REPORTS TO: VM Manager
Objective
- Contribute to retail business
- To respect and make others respect all guidelines in product display
- Understand retail priorities and apply product display accordingly
- Create an aesthetic, elegant and attractive environment for customers
Major Responsibilities
- Visit stores within perimeter on a monthly basis according to actual roster
- Prepare and execute event display in store
- Assist on windows setup
- Define with store manager upon arrival about the action priorities and the plan for the visit
- Wrap up and debrief before leaving
- Be partner as a VM china teammate providing support for other regions when needed and also for special events
- To work in close collaboration with VM ambassador, keep training on VM guidelines every visit and to introduce and explain new guidelines.
- Be responsible for PLV inventory in own area, to propose re-ordering and to organize transfer when needed
- Voice out any issue about store maintenance when related to VM ( lighting, fabric, furniture, flowers, cleanliness) and to follow up
- To propose improvements on store layout
- Report of weekly actions to VM manager and to copy area manager (by phone call and to email pictures)
- To be an active member on retail network sharing pictures
Requirements & Capabilities
- At least 4 years working experience in Luxury or Fashion brands, or have experience on visual merchandising in retail industry
- Patient and detail-oriented, humble and willing to learn, with strong passion on Luxury visual merchandising
- Good Communication of both written and spoken in English
- Good team player who can work under pressure and willing to travel
- Good computer skills on Microsoft office
