职位描述：
Facility related responsibility厂务相关职责
1. Take charge in regular maintenance of plant facility/utility and infrastructure;
负责厂务设备及公共基础设施的维护保养；
2. Ensure safe related affairs comply with requirement of law, regulations.
确保EHS相关工作及安全相关事宜符合法律、法规政策的要求。
3. Coordinate with landlord to get well and safe facility condition, ensure continuous water, electricity supply;
负责与房东相关人员协调确保厂务设施的安全，保证水电正常供应；
4. Cross functional coordination with internal Dept. on machine qualification, pipe-up with water/power/air;
跨部门协调，执行设备的验证及设备水电气安装；
5. Responsible for Engineering related documentation work and ensure comply with group QMS requirement (FDA/CFDA).
负责工程相关的文件工作，确保遵循集团QMS文件体系的要求；
6. Support in facility and infrastructure planning towards cost-efficient & optimal environment for operations.
协助计划并完成所有厂务设施的运作成本，为运营提供更好的环境
7. Coordinate with contractor to implement affairs related to plant renovation, from kick-off till project closure;
负责与外部厂商协调并执行装修相关事宜，贯穿项目开始至收尾;
8. Make sure good practice 5s, safety culture in all engineering & operation activities.
确保***做法5S，安全文化贯穿于整个工程及运营活动中
9. Other duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.

Calibration related responsibility 校准相关职责

1. Responsible for overall calibration activities and calibration master list maintenance,
负责相关仪器校准活动，制定维护校准计划；
2. Coordinate with cross functional team and external party for calibration, make sure calibration performed timely according to plan.
内外部协调，确保按计划及时校准仪器；

Qualification任职资格:

1. Educational background: college or above; CET- 4
大专及以上, CET- 4
2. At least 5 years experiences in facility equipment maintenance, especially in pharmacy/medical device manufacturing;
5年以上有厂务设备维护工作经验，从事制药或医疗器械企业优先；
3. Acknowledge of GMP/CFDA/FDA/ISO13485
对GMP、CFDA、FDA、ISO13485等有良好的理解；
4. Experience in machine/equipment qualification as well regulation compliance
具备设备设施相关验证的实践经验
5. Good communication skill, data analysis, trouble shooting, fast learner
6. 良好的协调和沟通能力，数据分析，解决问题以及快速学习的能力；
7. Familiar with drawing software, CAD preferred熟练掌握画图软件CAD甚佳； 举报 分享
