职位描述
Position Overview
· Manage the quality department
· Be responsible for quality of products and processes
· Define metrics and measure performances accordingly
Responsibilities
· Establish quality system including policies and procedures which satisfy customer needs and requirements
· Manage the system of relevant goals and indicators within the plant in order to implement the necessary corrective, preventive and improvement actions
· Promote and support the introduction of new methodologies for quality improvement
· Carry out product and process audit activities in respect of Company Quality Standard
· Bring the voice of the customers into the Company in order to ensure compliance with requirements
· Support the Production in problem solving activities and improvement of the production process capabilities;
· Monitor the performances of running vehicles through Quality KPI and take improvements actions
· Plan, specify, set-up, and maintain equipment and software required for quality control
· Provide training on quality issues to all relevant people in the company
· Grant permanent quality review of product development, manufacturing and after sales processes
· Establish proactive/effective relationships with other departments
· Grant alignment with IVECO Customer Satisfaction& Quality (CSQ) by implementing the strategies and operative guidelines agreed with the relevant CSQ Directors
Requirements
· Knowledge of CVs/ passenger cars/agricultural quality product standards and systems
· Project management skills
· Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate employees
· Mature, objective judgment to develop solutions for specific problems
· English
· Dynamic, self starter with initiative
· Willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others
· Well organized
Professional Qualifications and Education
· University degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or vehicles engineering
· Minimum of 7/10 years of experience in a similar capacity in automotive OEM industry ( commercial vehicles, cars, agricultural and construction equipment vehicle )
