Manage and lead a software development team and fully cooperate with SQA team to ensure the project quality under a cost effective manner.

Be responsible for application and system architecture design and rough application design

Estimates engineering effort, plan implementation

Be responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance.

Participate in proposal writing and requirement discussion that help sales to win the potential opportunity.

Requirements (Education/Major required/Related Working Experience Required):

Bachelors or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.

Masters or graduate degree is desirable.

Understand Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, Middleware, etc.

E-commerce/CRM or other web appplication prior engineering experience required.

Strong experience in enterprise level software development of applications and Internet applications

Experience in working with internal and external partners

Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization

Good skill on document composing with logical thinking

Must have 2 years multi-national company working experiences

Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in Java development experience.

Must have a strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.

Must have at least 2+ years project management experience.
