砂浆回收车间 生产总监
岗位说明：
1、组织对砂浆回收车间环节进行成本分析和制定控制体系，组织落实公司产品生产过程中的质量管理。
2、根据砂浆回收车间生产实际，组织提出生产技术改进要求和计划。组织砂浆回收车间生产技术革新改造和效果评价工作
3、组织拟定和监督实施砂浆回收车间的年度、季度、月度生产计划。
4、负责砂浆回收车间系统的日常管理，组织实现产品制造的总体目标。

任职要求：
1、男性，年龄在30-40岁之间。本科以上学历，化学相关专业。
2、5年以上大型生产制造业工作经验，3年以上生产副总工作经验，3年以上砂浆回收工作经验。
3、了解熟悉砂浆回收工艺，熟悉物理法优先考虑。
