岗位职责：
1、协助副总裁开展市场营销工作；
2、负责建立和完善市场营销制度，负责本部门的运营管理；
3、负责公司营销策略的实施和运行，制定业务推进计划，带领团队完成公司制定的营销指标；
4、负责客户关系的建立和维护，客户款项的回收和风险管控。

岗位要求：
1、年龄30岁以上，10年以上市场营销工作经验，具有良好的责任心和主动性；
2、有丰富的团队管理经验，团队领导和团队合作能力强；
3、有较强的人际沟通和协调能力，应变能力强；
4、熟悉相关法律法规和政策，负责过政府采购工作，有较好的业绩。
