主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1.费用控制 Cost control and analysis

1.1 每月在会计关账后，整理各部门实际费用，并反馈预算执行情况给各个部门。编制实际分析报表，分析与预测或预算的差异及原因。

Monthly, after accounting closing, collect the actual expenses of each dept, feed back the budget performance to each dept. and prepare the actual report, analyze variance.

1.2 根据每月实际及各部门未来工作计划，提供预测数据，编制滚动预测报表,分析预测数据的差异 。

Based on the actual and each dept’s work plan, provide the forecast data, make rolling forecast report and analyze variance.

1.3 每月会计关账前5个工作日，根据会计帐务和实际业务提供预提清单，并分析账务数据，协助会计确保月度关账准确及完整性。

Monthly, provide accrual list 5 working days before accounting closing , and analysis each account, assist the accountant ensuring the correctness and integrality of the account.

1.4 每年7月份，开展下一年度的费用预算编制计划，在董事会前完成次年预算编制，经董事会审阅后，下达预算至各相关部门。

In July each year, kick off the annual cost budget of the next year, and finished before the BOD meeting, after reviewed by BOD, cascade budget to each dept.

1.5 对于实际营运需求与预算之间出现的差异调整进行预算调整流程

Make budget adjustment according to actual operation request

2.工业物料的采购及存货监控Industrial material purchase and inventory control

2.1根据费用预算和变动成本预算及预算产量审核部门提出的年采购预算及月采购预算是否合理

Check yearly purchase budget according cost budget, var. cost budget and production vol.plan

2.2 进行采购PN控制，确保各项采购业务控制在资金预算范围内，并确保各项采购活动得到有效的授权批准。

PN controlling, ensure each purchasing under control of purchase budget & proper authorization.

2.3 审核批准并跟踪关联方交易。

Review, approve and track related party transactions d the proper authorization.

2.4 指导和监督工业物料相关流程的建立和维护，

Guide & check industrial & bulk material related procedures' process.

2.5 定期回顾实际使用量，建议和监督物流改善ROP的合理性，并与相关部门积极寻求降低库存的可能性

Timely review actual usage, check & propose the improve rationality of ROP, seek opportunity to reduce inventory cost.

2.6 对未来物料采购和库存金额进行预测，提供给预算控制主管

Forecast the purchase & inventory cost monthly to budget control supervisor

3.CCIC项目控制及汇报 CCIC program control and review material prepare.

4.成本改善项目的评估 Evaluation for cost Improvement projects

任职要求/ Qualifications：

n 必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1.至少3年以上在财务领域的经验

At least 3 year experience in financial area

2.专科以上财务或商务专业

College graduate or above with major in finance or Commerce

3.良好的内部控制和会计概念

Good concept on Accounting and internal control.

4.良好的英语能力（听，说和写）

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing

5.良好的PC技能（例如：Excel, Word 等）

Good PC skills (ie. Excel, Word, etc)

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products.
