职位描述：
Job Description：
-Define, propose and monitor the Project team plans and objectives
-Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources related to the project team
-Lead and coordinate project team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the project team mission and objectives
-Propose and control the cost relating to the project team as well as that of the investment project
-Propose and monitor the projects in accordance with the key performance indicators
-Demonstrate and promote the company's values within the project team
-Ensure that project controls are aligned to NAG requirement
-Ensure that there exists within the Project team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations
-Ensure that the highest principles of ethical conduct on behalf of the community, consumer, company, and the engineering profession are adhered to and that all dealings are maintained within a competitive and fair environment and above reproach
-Manage the selection/recruitment of the team members by ensuring that the team possesses the required skill levels and that all relevant management functions are represented
-Ensure at all times clear and open communication between the team members and the related stakeholders
-Conduct VEA once required
-Ensure that procedures are in place and actively being implemented to protect Company’s technological and proprietary know-how
-Prepare and manage the change management approval as per market Guidelines
-Preparation of monthly construction report and timely submission to HO
-Ensure that all assets are well designed (i.e. plant layout, equipment selection etc.) and fit the business purpose through applying new technologies, proven principles, thorough design reviews and basic science
-Ensure that the project scope is achieved within the agreed cost and timing
-Ensure that all contractors/ service providers are paid fairly and one time for the rendered services on time
-Ensure that the operators, mechanics, electricians etc. are effectively trained and that the transfer of the equipment to the client is both smooth and efficient. This includes all the supporting documentation that will be required by the client to operate and maintain the plant. e.g. operating instructions, equipment manuals, plant layouts, maintenance instructions, spare parts listing etc
-Ensure that all expenditures are broken out into clearly defined assets and entered into the assets register
-Preparation of final project report (close out documentation) and its circulation to stake holders

Requirements:
-Understand manufacturing / filling-packing process, maintenance and trouble shooting
-Above bachelor degree, Engineering graduate (Preferably Electrical / Mechanical)
-Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in a technical field in a food manufacturing facility
-Computer knowledge
