5 years experience focus on import/export/warehouse management.( not focus on planning but a plus with planning experience)
Manager level of at least 2 years
熟悉ERP系统，办公软件，英语流利
Working knowledge of ERP system and MS Office,fluent English using

Suzhou Industrial Park and Shanghai import/export law
良好的沟通技巧，团队领导力，工作负责
Advanced communication skills, team leader, and sense of responsibilities
职位职责：
1. 接受客户的出货要求，确保客户的出货，追踪FIFO
Receiving the customers’ delivery requests, organizing and forecasting the necessary transportation means to ensure these deliveries, managing with the different Operations Managers in case of change in the delivery programs, ensuring that both deliveries and pick ups are done correctly and follows FIFO
2. 协助财务经理盘点库存，管理物料
Organizing the physical inventories in coordination with Finance Manager, adjusting the inventory level after daily cycle counting, monthly and yearly physical inventory
3. 实现物流运输、人力成本的最优化。与中国海关保持良好的关系。寻找专业的货代
Optimizing transportation to reduce both cost and frequency,optimizing the work of warehouse employees, optimizing the international import and export transportation process and keeping good relationships with the Chinese Customs, selecting the freight forwarders, ensuring training and professional development to her employees
4. 领导物流部门依据物流部宗旨持续改善和提高物流部门的整体业绩
