Job Dimensions
Ensure all IT projects finish on time, within budget and in a quality manner.
Ensure ISEC in company meet global targets.
Ensure the IT Quality and compliance
Impact on the organization:
1. More and more, IT relevant projects need to be implemented to support the fast growing business in company. Good projects management is essential to ensure the projects success.
2. ISEC tasks in palnt are mandatory and at least 20% of a FTE is requested to focus on it. Actually this is the minimal requirement.
3. Backup key IT positions help to reduce business risk by IT fail.
Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in the field of Computer science or relevant discipline is required.
Experience:
At least 8 year's experience on IT industry, at least 5 years in IT Risk Compliance& Quality management, 2 years of Project Management.
· Understanding of Chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environments including GxP/SOX is an advantage
· Team player
· An effective communicator
· Good English skills (spoken and written)
