职位描述
职位职责:Key account development China:
- Key accounts (KA) defined as leaders in the 5 key industrial segments: machines & tools builders; DCS in process & factory automations; renewable energies especially solar and wind energy; automation for infrastructures, i.e. rail way, subway and traffic control; LED lighting and signage
- Manage existing KA to increase sales by expanding our market shares for old businesses and through generating new projects
- Identify new KA in the 5 defined key industrial segments, map out technical and commercial needs, develop strategic account development plan
- Translate strategic account development plan into tactical account penetration actions, win new sales projects, generate new revenues
- The revenue for new created businesses is targeted at above RMB 2,0 Mio in the second year
Global key account management:
- Global key account (GKA) as defined by global sales organisations
- Align local sales activities with GKA plan
- Provide local customer liaison and provide pricing, logistic and customer care support, communicate volume demand and technical requirements with GKA management at HQ or Puls
Sales Subsidiaries on a regular basis
- Goal is to maintain high degrade of customer satisfaction, maintain and expend the market share of the transferred businesses
Technical marketing:
- Evaluate new product requirements for local customers both technically and commercially
- Support technical marketing in defining the new products
Sales forecasting and reporting:
- Establish and maintain timely as well high quality sales forecasting on a monthly basis
- Compile and maintain point of sales as well as key project report for account and project visibility
- Provide market and trend report about target industrial segments on a regular basis
