职责：

目标管理Objectives Management
-接收总体目标，目标任务一般持续1天到几周的时间。将任务分解成每日工作。估算完成任务所需的工时并参照预算监管工程设计进展。提交每周工作报告。
Receive objectives at an overview level, tasks typically 1 day to several weeks in duration. Break down tasks into daily activities. Prepared estimates to complete work tasks & monitor engineering progress against budget. Submit weekly activity reports.

需求管理Requirements Management
编制和审核用于车辆子系统-HVAC和液体冷却报价的技术规格书（TRD，GRD）。 项目阶段持续的需求管理。 审查客户规范，理解完整内容，注意供应商的缺陷以及任何使项目预算和进度面临风险的因素。
Prepare & verify technical specifications (TRD, GRD) used to secure quotations for Vehicle sub-system – HVAC & Liquid Cooling. Ongoing requirements management throughout project phases. Review Customer specification understanding complete content & noting any supplier deficiencies & any elements which put the project budget & schedule at risk.
先期工程支持Advance Engineering Support
为投标提供专业技术、输入和估算。
Provide technical expertise & input & estimates for bids
创新Innovation
设计工程接口，收集和分析技术数据，解决设计问题，进行权衡和协调研究，创建新的设计方案，研究可靠性、安全性和可维护性方法并决定***设计方法。
Designs engineering interfaces, gathers & analyses technical data, solves design problems, performs trade-off & coordination studies, creates novel design alternatives, develops reliability, safety & maintainability approaches & decides on optimum design approach.
编制子系统文档Generation of Subsystem Documentation
-定义HVAC和液体冷却的架构（包括制热、制冷设备和风道）和功能，关注系统设计的持续改进/优化，努力降低成本，减轻重量以及本地化；
 Define the HVAC & Liquid Cooling System architectures (including heating, cooling equipment & air ducts) & functions, focusing on continuous improvement/optimization in the system design, cost reduction, weight reduction & localization efforts.
-计算满足规范要求的整车级的HVAC系统性能。 定义系统的关键特性；
Calculate the performance of the HVAC system at the train level to meet the required specifications. Define key characteristics of the system.
-根据客户或平台规范来编制、审核和维护车辆HVAC和液体冷却系统的各种文件和ICD。 例如响应矩阵、CDR、PDR、FDR、技术规范、ICD、工程进度报告、试验程序/报告、设计手册、培训课程等；
Prepare, verify & maintain various Vehicle HVAC & Liquid Cooling System documents & ICDs in compliance with customer or platform specifications. For example Compliance Matrix, CDR, PDR, FDR, Technical Specifications, ICDs, Engineering Progress Reports, Test Procedures/Reports, Design Manuals, Training Courses, etc.
-与其他车辆子系统的接口管理。编制原理图、图纸和设备清单。
Interface management with other Vehicle sub-systems. Preparation of schematics, drawings & equipment lists.

组织并主持DLM会议（内部的以及与客户相关的）。 记录并发出会议纪要。 担任客户、供应商、PM和采购之间的所有相关车辆子系统问题的联系人。
Organize & chair DLM meetings (internal & Customer driven). Capture & issue meeting minutes. Serve as liaison between Customer, supplier, PM & procurement for all related Vehicle sub-system issues.
供应商管理Supplier Management
-为采购提供技术支持；
Provide technical expertise in support of Procurement activities.
-与供应商联系，协助合同交付的进度和成功完成；
Liaison with Suppliers to support progress & successful completion of contract deliverables.
-确保符合技术要求，并确保遵循设计审查流程；
Ensure compliance to technical requirements & ensure that the design review process is followed.
-监控并推动在计划要求内关闭开口项；
Monitor & drive the open items to closure within the schedule requirements.
-及时审核和响应：
Review & respond in a timely manner:
? 审查符合技术要求的声明；
Review statement of compliance against technical requirements.
? 监控、审核和批准合同交付CDRL ；
Monitor, review & approve contract deliverables CDRLs.
? 在供应商子系统试验阶段审查、协助并确认是否符合技术要求。
Review, support & confirm compliance against technical requirements through Supplier sub-system testing phase.
- 确保在必要时对质保期内出现的问题进行调查，并采取适当的后续行动。
Ensure that issues arising during the warranty period are investigated where required, & appropriate follow up action taken.
车辆集成Vehicle Integration Activities
支持车辆组所有与车辆子系统- HVAC和液体冷却相关的物理集成和布线。
Support Vehicle team for all physical integration & wiring activities related to Vehicle sub-system – HVAC & Liquid Cooling.
变更管理Change Management
编制和发布设计冻结后的与车辆子系统-HVAC和液体冷却以及相关集成设备有关的变更申请/变更通知。 根据PBTS流程，进行编制、完成和发布批准的变更申请相关的所有日常任务。
Prepare & issue change requests/change notices related to Vehicle sub-system – HVAC & Liquid Cooling & associated integrated equipment after design freeze. Perform all daily tasks related to preparing, finalizing & releasing approved change requests as per PBTS process.
型式试验Qualification Testing
编制和发布与车辆子系统-HVAC和液体冷却相关的静态和动态型式试验程序和报告。主导在工厂、试验线和客户现场的所有试验相关工作。
Prepare & issue static & dynamic type test procedures & reports related to Vehicle sub-system – HVAC & Liquid Cooling. Lead all testing related activities at the factory, on the test track & at customer’s site.
现场试验支持Field Test Support
协助现场试验团队（客户服务），为车辆试验和调试提供技术支持
Provide technical expertise in support of the field test team (customer service) for Vehicle testing & commissioning.
工程流程Engineering Processes:
遵守工程流程并识别需要改进的地方。协助工程服务更新流程文件，以获得ISO 9001和IRIS认证。
Follows Engineering processes & identifies areas for improvement. Supports Engineering Services to update process documents to achieve ISO 9001 & IRIS certification

专业技术Technical Expertise:
为项目管理、工法、生产、质量、运营&维护、客户培训和售后提供技术支持。
Provides technical expertise in support of, Project Management, Methods, Production, Quality, Operations & Maintenance, Customer Training, & After Sales.

任职要求：

本科或以上学历，机械、工程类专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.

2-5年工作经验
2-5 years work experience.
有车辆HVAC和液体冷却系统相关工作经验
Relevant work experience in Vehicle system engineering for HVAC & Liquid Cooling systems.
熟练使用CATIA、AutoCAD、Team Center和Microsoft Office工具。
