KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1.Develop Sales plans for SPCS and implement the required activities to deliver the sales targets for the relevant territory.
2. Assist Site manager and BD Director to set annual Sales objectives and executes plans to help company meet national revenue targets.
3. Assist Site manager and BD Director to set up correct pricing for various service offerings to ensure the business attain the desired profit target.
4. Develop market research framework and business analytics methodologies to build a sustainable market intelligence database that enables the company to understand and track opportunities in the specific markets.
5. Lead the development and networking efforts in relevant industry segments to generate potential business leads and build a sustainable customer pipeline.
6. Lead customer collaboration and conduct design of service solutions for our clients. Participate in customer contract negotiations to ensure the key terms are agreed, and all contracts are properly administered.
7. Collaborate with Customer Service team to provide operational account services, regular performance reporting, and issues resolution to customer.
8. Build a productive internal interface and lead the Sales team to collaborate with other functions effectively.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能,知识及经验
1· Bachelor degree or above, majored in supply chain-related or numerate degrees
2· Seven to ten years working experience in MNC & relevant industries, with successful experience in team development and management responsibilities
3· Experience in supply chain management and/or logistics operations is essential.
4· Experience in business development and commercial areas, building and managing client relationship with both local and multinational clients is essential.
5· Good understanding and implementation of tools for business process improvement and supply chain solutions building.
6· Strong and effective interpersonal skills in a cross-function, multiple stake-holders environment
7· Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
8· High computer literacy in common office software applications
