1. Analyse customer requirements and market standard, verify the possibility to apply with DOGA standard product and process, define the initial solution for customer confirmation.

2. Define the elements of the wiper system according to internal standards and economical considerations; implement design data in 3D and 2D documentation (Pro/e Introlink).

3. Coordinate with prototype workshop and supplier to prepare the sample according to customer needs.

4. Technical training for customer, prototype trial run in vehicle to verify wiper function and possible modifications required. Project Milestones definition and follow-up in coordination with sales manager and the customer.

5. Release the definitive drawing for mass production after sample approval by customer.

Required

Education&

Experience

· Bachelor degree on engineering

· Proved experience of at least 5 years as mechanical design engineer, if possible in the Automotive Branch or similar

· Used to working in ISO/TS 16949 environments and familiar with quality methods like FMEA,PPAP

· Knowledge of metallic and plastic materials and their applications

Languages

Proficient English and Chinese mandatory.
