职位描述：
( ) Create HAWBs, manifest in operation system;
( ) Create freight debit note, credit note in operation system;
( ) Issue freight & local charge invoice in operation system;
( ) Send HAWB copy to shipper via iSend system;
( ) Book income/cost reserve in operation system;
( ) Collect relevant documents such as manifest, HAWB, debit note, credit note, destination custom clearance documents
( ) Consolidate completed shpg documents into consol pouch envelop, hand over them to ground handling agent;
( ) Pre-check terminal security documents;
( ) Coordinate chemical, magnetic testing;
( ) DG compliance inquiry;
( ) Coordinate for customs physical inspection;
( ) Coordinate for goods and documents hand over to terminal;
( ) Scan full set of shpg documents to oversea Dachser/agent;
( ) Send pre-alert to oversea Dachser/agents;
( ) Fullfill customs advance manifest to destination (ENS/AMS, OMS);
( ) Track & trace operation process;
( ) Book freight cost and close operation system;
( ) Check and verify biling for local cost;
( ) Check and verify billing for destination cost;
( ) Finish Pii allocation in operation system;
( ) Collect original invoices from agents and submit to accounting with pii form;
( ) Close file
( ) Any others additional task and duties required by superior;
( ) Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the management of the company or other sources.
