Responsibility:

-Be in charge of local sea-freight handling procedures, from booking checking with overseas to on-board checking, also including AR/AP cross checking;

-Be in charge of daily communication/rate quotation to overseas office(for EXW, CFR, etc.);

-Familiar with operational procedures of main carriers in the market, in charge of coordination with booking agent, carrier CSR level, other booking partners;

-Keep good/proper speaking/written manners with local suppliers;

-Basic knowledge of dealing with customers' general complains’ treatment.

 

Requirement:

-Well-known the sea freight operation process.(America/Australia/Asia&Far East, operational background will be an advance)

-College degree or above.

-Minimum of 5 years experiences in similar position at foreign forwarding companies .

-Good command of written and spoken English.

-Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit.
