2.能独立编制单位工程投资估算，初步设计概算和预算；
3.能独立完成招标文件商务条款的编制，工程量清单编制等工作；
职位要求：
1.熟悉工程量计算规则和定额内容，具有较强的书籍收集和分析能力；
2.熟悉市场价格情况，熟悉应用相关造价软件；
3.机电工程或工程造价等相关专业、本科及以上学历；
4.具有2年及以上工程造价工作经历；
5.工作责任强，能承受较大工作压力，有较强的沟通协调能力，计划与执行能力强；
6.性格沉稳，诚信，有强烈的事业心和责任感
