职位描述：
Job responsibilities岗位职责

1. Responsible for new project process development;
    负责新项目产品工艺技术的开发

2. Responsible for new project documentation create in each APQP phase;
    负责新项目各个APQP阶段中产品与工艺相关的文件编写

3. Responsible for new project prototype.
    负责新项目产品工艺试制生产

4. Responsible for communicate with customer engineering side to get the feed back from prototype assembly;
    应与新项目的客户工程师及时沟通，以获取新产品样件的试装反馈信息

5. Technical supporting and solution for local and global customer.
    给国内外项目的客户提供产品工艺技术支持和解决方案

6. Participate with other functional department to subcomponents development and improvement;
    与公司内部其他部门共同参加新项目下层组件的开发和改进

7. Report the abnormal situation during work;
    如实汇报工作中出现的异常情况

8. Participate the training arranged by company;
    参加公司安排的培训和指导

9. Other assignments as required by the manager.
    服从直属领导的其他工作安排


Job Requirements岗位任职资格

1. College or above degree, bachelor degree is preferred
    大专及以上学历，本科为佳

2. Working experience is 3-5 years relevant experience
    3-5年相关工作经验

3. Familiar with process document as well as TS16949, APQP
    熟悉工艺文件编写，熟悉TS16949, APQP流程

4. Knowledge of tooling principle and maintenance
    了解模具原理以及维修知识

5. Experience with headliner and soft decoration in automotive industry preferred
    有汽车行业顶棚、软饰等方面工作经验者优先考虑

6. Good communication skills in English
    良好的英语读写能力，能用英语进行书面沟通

7. Team work spirit and good at communication
